Back to prototyping

I returned back to prototyping after some major overhauls to how gravity works in the game
Started by making the gravity pull the player towards the track, seemed to work after a little tweaking and it was too fun to not pursue
Added in some effects but it really felt like i was fighting the engine, every change needed to the gravity needed so many tweaks to other things and it started to feel like a losing battle
Then I found the ninja plugin, tried it out and it worked pretty well for what i was trying to achieve. So I devoted more time to the procedural element of the design of and boy that has been a nightmare. It's on its way but generating a drivable track everytime has been challenging. So my partner who is much better at maths has been delegated that task haha. I started working on the other generating aspects. Most of the graphics and effects have been put to the side for testing but it's on the way
It'll get there :)
