Working on aesthetics and dismemberment


Been a little, 

I've been working on trying to nail the aesthetics and have got the ps1 style on the way. Still need to work a lot on textures, animations, everything etc. 

I wanted to show what I've got so far


It's hard to tell but there is that signature ps1 jitter on the vertices. Still working on that affine texture warping, it's doing weird things to the textures currently.

I have added in a follow camera that is exactly the same as the last one I did

And working on a lock on system and dismemberment system. Although both aren't working as desired currently. I can't seem to get individual parts to detach and the lock on system is clunky and has a habit of choosing the target behind the character (not sure how to only get it to work within fov).

Blood decals once I've sorted the system are a must and I just need to create some lovely chucky particles to emit once dismembered

I want to work on cutscenes too. This is something I've meant to do in every project but have never gotten around to it.
